By creating an account, booking a trip, or otherwise using Xploroo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use Xploroo after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Xploroo account or make a booking. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Bookings for minors must be made and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the traveller details you submit. Please treat fellow travellers, creators, and the Xploroo crew with respect at every stage of the journey.

• Provide accurate personal and traveller information at the time of booking.
• Carry valid identification and travel documents required for your trip.
• Follow local laws, safety guidance, and the instructions of your trip crew.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. Package details — destination, duration, price, and inclusions — are shown at the time of booking and form part of your confirmed itinerary.

Influencer experience bookings (Meet & Greets, podcast shoots, blog shoots, and personal events) are subject to the availability of the creator and may be rescheduled if circumstances require it.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking through our third-party payment gateway.

Coupons and promotional discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

You may cancel a booking from your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation eligibility and any applicable fees depend on how close to the travel or event date the cancellation is made.

All content on Xploroo — including the logo, brand name, design, text, and graphics — is the property of Xploroo (Secret Ventures) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our content for commercial use without prior written permission.

Xploroo curates and facilitates bookings but is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, or events beyond our reasonable control, including those caused by third-party vendors, airlines, or venues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.

To keep Xploroo safe and trustworthy for everyone, you agree not to:

• Provide false identity or traveller information.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger fellow travellers, creators, or crew.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or interfere with the platform’s security.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Xploroo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
